If an employer does not cover the full cost, the employee can often reclaim their own share for the certified course from their health insurer (Krankenkasse). A completion certificate is issued automatically after 6 sessions for this purpose.

What is included in the price?
The whole Aury AI Coach: unlimited conversations, a library of methods from CBT, ACT and mindfulness, and the certified 8-session stress management course. It is available in German and English, in the browser and as an iOS and Android app.
Which part is certified?
The 8-session stress management course is ZPP-certified under Chapter 7 of the Prevention Guideline (Leitfaden Prävention) through the Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention. It is one part of Aury AI Coach, which also includes open conversations and a library of methods. The registered course price is €99 per seat.
How do employees get access?
Employees select Aury AI Coach through their BGM portal and receive a personal access link. The discount or code is applied automatically, no extra steps needed. After a short onboarding covering their current stress level, goals, and starting point, they begin their first session.
How long does rollout take?
Around a week, once we're set up together. There's no technical integration needed on your side, we handle the listing, access, and redemption flow behind the scenes. The very first time we work with a new type of platform, it can take a little longer while that setup is built, but going forward, adding a new employer or platform is usually just a matter of days.
Are there minimum volumes?
No minimum for standard marketplace listings, we only earn when someone actually enrolls. For a fully custom, co-branded deployment for a single company, a setup fee may apply to cover the dedicated work involved.
Who pays for it?
Employers can cover the €99 per seat, often from the annual workplace health budget, which is commonly between €400 and €600 per employee depending on the provider. If an employer covers only part of it, employees can often reclaim their own share for the certified course from their Krankenkasse, using the completion certificate they receive after 6 sessions.
What can the employer see?
Employers can optionally see aggregate participation, for example how many employees enrolled or completed the program, for BGM reporting purposes. Aury never shares any individual's identity, session content, or personal details with the employer. This follows GDPR.
How is data protected?
Aury is GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, and all AI models are hosted in the EU.

Is it available in other languages?
Yes. Aury AI Coach is available in German and English, in both text and voice.
How much time does it take?
That is up to each person: the coach is available any time, without appointments. The certified course has 8 sessions of 15 to 30 minutes each. We recommend two to three a week, which works out to roughly three to four weeks.

Aury develops and certifies the clinical technology, exclusively with clinical psychologists and therapists and together with academic development partners. Levama is the distribution partner.
What happens after the course?
The coach stays available for open conversations and methods. Further topics, for example on sleep or relationships, are in development and not available yet.
